This contract position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide speech-language pathology services in an educational setting located in Marion, NC. The role involves working with students primarily in Pre-K through 5th grade, with a caseload ranging from 40 to 50 students. The position supports a diverse age group, spanning Pre-K through 12th grade, fostering communication development in young learners.Key Responsibilities:Deliver 19.38 hours per week of direct speech-language services to students.Provide an additional 9 hours per week of indirect services such as consultation, documentation, and planning.Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with educational standards and regulations.Qualifications and Skills:Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology strongly preferred.Proven experience working with school-age children across Pre-K to 12th grade.Ability to manage a caseload of 40-50 students effectively.Strong communication and organizational skills.Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.Location:Position is based in Marion, NC, within a school environment.This role offers a dedicated professional the chance to make a meaningful impact on student communication skills through comprehensive speech-language support.
