Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

A well-established outpatient primary care practice in South Oklahoma City, Oklahoma is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its care team. The practice emphasizes preventive care, chronic disease management, medication management, wellness visits, and continuity of care. Providers are supported by a team-based care model designed to help physicians deliver thoughtful, efficient, patient-centered care without the chaos of hospital rounding or after-hours call.
