Team UIS is a growing utility infrastructure services platform backed by a Denver-based private equity firm focused on building market-leading lower middle market businesses. The company currently operates four divisions delivering specialized infrastructure services with a mix of fixed-fee and time-and-material contract structures (approximately 60% fixed-fee). The workforce includes union labor operating under prevailing wage and fringe benefit structures, and the organization is preparing for significant growth through operational scaling and acquisition activity.With an upcoming ERP migration and an active M&A strategy, the business is at an inflection point that requires a finance leader capable of combining strong technical accounting expertise with operational and strategic leadership.ControllerThe Controller serves as the CFO's primary operational partner, owning the day-to-day accounting function while helping build the financial infrastructure required to support a rapidly growing platform.
