Job Description A fast-growing, high-producing residential real estate team is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to help scale the business, tighten systems, and keep everything running smoothly in a high-velocity environment.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has already supported a top residential real estate agent or team and understands how elite operations actually function day to day.Requirements (Non-Negotiable)Active California real estate license Minimum 2+ years assisting a top residential real estate agent or team Residential real estate experience in California Experience must be real estate brokerage–based (Loan, mortgage, lending, or commercial backgrounds will not be considered)Role OverviewThe Director of Operations is responsible for building structure around a growing team while keeping pace with a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.
