As a Behavior Technician, you'll spend your days making a direct, positive impact on children and their families.This isn't just a job - it's a chance to help kids learn to communicate, play, and grow in ways that will change their lives forever.What You'll DoWork with children ages 18 months-13 yearsTeach kids new skills through play, structured learning, and positive encouragementSupport communication, social, and life skillsFollow a treatment plan created by a BCBA (we'll train you!)Track progress with simple daily notesCelebrate every small win - because they all add up to big changesWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED required (college degree a plus but not required)Experience working with kids - in school, daycare, babysitting, camps, or caregiving - is helpfulA patient, compassionate personality and love for childrenReliable - able to work Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30Excited to learn!
