CNC Machine Operator

Position: CNC Operator Location: Washington, PA We are seeking a talented CNC Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. Core Responsibilities: · Set up, operate, monitor CNC machines for precision manufacturing · Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work orders · Conduct quality checks to ensure parts meet exact specifications · Maintain equipment and troubleshoot minor issues · Work closely with team members to meet production goals Required Skills and Qualifications: Hands-on CNC machining experience (RhinoFab 1150, 3-axis milling, down cut miter saw, Haffner MAC 340 profile machining center, or similar) Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and tolerances Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members Preferred Qualifications: Division 8 Product Experience (Doors, Windows, Curtain Wall and Storefront, Vents, etc.) Familiarity with AutoCAD, Glazier Studio, PartnerPak, GDS.
