Job Description & RequirementsHospitalist PhysicianStartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 Pay Rate: $179.45 - $194.25 This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 7a-7p or 7p-7a; Wednesday-Tuesday; no call Total census per provider per shift: Verifying Procedures required: Hospital Medicine Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Vista Support: Verifying Certifications and licenses required: Board Certified or Eligible, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Any Unrestricted State License Credentialing Timeframe: 60 daysFacility LocationTucked away in the scenic hills of West Virginia, Clarksburg is truly a unique southeastern city.
