Construction Worker

*Company Overview* We are a construction company that works mainly on dairy barns. We do service, install, construction and concrete work on all parts of a dairy barn. We are currently looking to fill positions in 3 areas. _*All 3 roles have year round work!*_ * Service crew- responsible for doing service work on manure equipment, mixers, fans, waterers, etc... * Install crew- responsible for installing new equipment, specifically fans, closing barns off with tin/poly, installing rubber mats, framing/constructing small additions, etc... * Concrete crew- Mainly flat work and walls under 4 feet. Responsible for setting forms, tying rebar, pouring, finishing and removing forms. *Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to following safety protocols on the job site. *Duties* * Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including carpentry or concrete. * Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. * Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project specifications are met. * Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and protocols. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. * Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. * Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. * Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced workers. * Must be punctual, reliable, and committed to completing tasks efficiently.
