Finance Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Finance Manager to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $65.00 to $72.00 per hour.Job ResponsibilitiesManage financial consolidations across multiple divisions and ensure accurate combined reporting. Support the chief financial officer by preparing financial analyses forecasts and decision support materials. Develop and implement planning and reporting processes to improve financial visibility across business units. Manage and reconcile financial data across systems while ensuring consistency between reporting platforms. Identify process gaps build scalable workflows and support transition of responsibilities to internal teams. RequirementsBring proven experience with financial consolidations and multi entity reporting. Demonstrate strong hands on experience with enterprise systems including Great Plains and planning tools. Work independently as an individual contributor while managing priorities effectively. Communicate clearly and collaborate closely with leadership and cross functional teams. Maintain a positive professional attitude with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment. QualificationsSupport financial planning systems and reporting tools with experience in Adaptive or similar platforms considered beneficial. Apply strong analytical skills to interpret data and build clear insights for leadership. Participate in establishing structured forecasting and planning processes across divisions. Work effectively with data visualization teams and external systems to support reporting needs.
