Commercial Real Estate Analyst

Our client is a large well known Private Equity/Real Estate Firm that invest primarily in Commercial Real Estate, currently seeking to add a highly motivated Analyst must possess superior financial modeling skills, prior experience with variety of commercial real estate; Industrial/Office/Development and Special PurposeThis team with touch deals within all Asset Classes (Real Estate) and encompass following responsibilities; full on portfolio management, research valuations, asset management, due diligence, investment research/pitch presentation, financial modeling and underwriting.Responsibilities:Provide detailed due diligence on potential strategic growth opportunitiesCreate detailed financial analyses utilizing both Microsoft Excel and ARGUS to evaluate prospective and existing investmentsReview of company financials performance, attribution analysis, financial review, and creation of detailed models.Prepare investment Committee Research presentation materialsCoordinate all aspects of transaction execution and deal closing process with Senior Management/Board of DirectorsPrepare investor communications, including but not limited to financial forecasts, reporting and financial estimatesSupport potential acquisition recommendations through statistical analysisWork with Compliance, Legal and Marketing TeamsOversee back-testing of investments analytical framework and cash-flow forecastsRequirements:Minimum of 2+ years Management Consulting/Valuations/Asset Management/Research or applicable (Private Equity/Real Estate/Banking) experience2+ years of professional experience mandatoryTop Academic pedigreeCorporate Development/M&A/Transaction Advisory/Asset ManagementAdvanced Technical Skills; Strong quantitative and qualitative skillsARGUS Modeling experience requiredSuperior written and verbal communication skills
