Talent Acquisition Manager/Recruiter

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Talent Manager/Recruiter who is high energy, detailed oriented and is excited about candidate sourcing and placement. This position is for a person who enjoys the process of finding candidates, mining for information and being creative in their searches while discovering new channels to source.The Talent Manager/Recruiter provides services to key accounts where you will make a positive impact by establishing and maintaining unparalleled relationships. You will be responsible for filling requests for temporary flexible, temporary-to-hire and direct-placement for a variety of industries and staffing needs. This role is also responsible for developing new business, expanding existing business, and reestablishing dormant business.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Talent Managers/Recruiters and management to assess talent requirements and advise on best strategiesIdentify and assess a diverse candidate pool for hiring needs across multiple industries and staffing needsDevelop a pipeline of qualified candidates to plan for future hiring needsUtilize multiple tools and approaches to identify the best candidates aligned to the position using an ATS, various technologies and databasesBuild sourcing strategies with targets and timelines while staying apprised of new recruiting platforms and sourcing opportunitiesResearch and recommend creative and new sources for active and passive candidatesCraft job postings, cold-call candidates, submit candidate resumes and coordinate client interviewsDevelop strong working relationships and rapport with talent managers/recruiters, business leaders, clients, and HR partnersAct as point-of-contact for clients and candidates as needed, ensuring excellent service deliveryMaintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changesQualifications3+ years talent management/recruiter experience in a corporate and/or agency environmentBachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources or related fieldStrong critical thinking, communication (verbal and written), time management and organizational skillsExperience with recruiter/sourcing tools, sourcing online via social media, Boolean searches, databasesStrong ability to track, manage and analyze data and high accuracy in database systemsAbility to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlinesExperience working with Applicant Tracking SystemsProficient using MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointCompany DescriptionIn an era of constant workforce changes, Mb Staffing Services offers something you can count on: The perfect fit!
