Approximately 1 weekend every 6 weeks. 1-2 holidays per year.RequirementsLicensed in good standing by the state of Illinois as a physical therapist, graduated from an APTA approved curriculum.Cognitive and motor skills necessary to carry out skilled therapy evaluations, treatments, and documentation according to the Illinois Physical Therapy Practice Act, APTA Core Values, and the Joint Commission.CPR certified.
