️ Engineering CoordinatorHourly/Salary:$90,000 – $100,000 base (full-time employment)NOT OPEN TO 3RD PARTY RECRUITERS AT THIS TIMEMy client is a rapidly growing energy and engineering solutions company focused on delivering complex projects across development, engineering, and construction. They are currently looking to hire anEngineering Coordinatorfor a full-time opportunity in theirPhiladelphia, PAoffice.Responsibilities:Own and enforce adherence to my client’s project development process across all stages of the project lifecycle
Ensure projects only advance when all required inputs, documentation, and approvals are complete
Track and manage project progression through defined stage gates, preventing incomplete or inaccurate handoffs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project data across systems including Salesforce, SAP, and internal tools
Provide visibility into project status, risks, bottlenecks, and upcoming milestones
Coordinate across cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, project development, M&V, and construction
Ensure seamless handoffs between development, sales, and execution teams
Track and manage engineering deliverables, design packages, and technical documentation
Coordinate with third-party engineering partners to ensure scope clarity and on-time delivery
Identify process gaps and enforce accountability across teams to maintain workflow integrity
Support continuous improvement efforts including standardizing workflows, templates, and documentation
Act as a key point of accountability with authority to stop project progression when requirements are not metQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
2–5 years of experience in project coordination, engineering support, or construction administration
Experience with Salesforce (required), SAP or other ERP/CRM systems preferred
Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented with the ability to enforce process discipline and accountability
PMP certification or interest in pursuing PMP is a plusLocation:Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid – 3–4 days in office preferred)
