Join Pride Healthas aPhlebotomistatLexington, KY!This is a3 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion)offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.Role:Phlebotomist Location:Lexington, KY Shift Schedule:Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Hours per Week: 40hours Start Date:ASAPPay Highlights:$20-22/hour (Based on years of experience)Key Responsibilities: Perform venipuncture and capillary collections for patients of all ages (pediatric to geriatric) Process specimens accurately, ensuring proper labeling and handling Perform paternity collections and routine lab draws Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Provide clear communication and reassurance to patients during procedures Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and infection control standards Support daily operations including closing procedures and end-of-day tasks Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining independence when neededQualifications: Education:High School Diploma or GED required. Experience:Minimum2 years of phlebotomy experienceNote:Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit. Interested?
