By sharing your lived experience to help promote recovery and resiliency, this position encourages hope, wellness, and self-advocacy to clients within a crisis center setting. Maintains the safety and security of the center by conducting client and visitor check-ins and discharge, communicating with staff on shift, and providing assistance by connecting callers to the appropriate staff.Perks of this position:Starting at $22/hourdaytime, evening, weekend shifts availableOvernight pay differentialConsistent hours and payStability and growth opportunities of working with a national agencyWhat we’re looking for:Peer support certificate -Must have completed a Peer Specialist Training approved by The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and qualify to be certified as a Peer Support Specialist within six months of hire date. High School Diploma or GEDAbility to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting. Schedules we offer:On call/PRN positions can accept shifts as needed, ranging from 0 - 29 hours a week depending on availability. There are no weekly minimum amount of shifts required to maintain on call/PRN status. We are a 24/7 agency with morning, swing, and overnight shifts available to accept.
