Quality Systems Manager – Aerospace ManufacturingAre you passionate about quality, leadership, and advanced manufacturing? Our technology helps industry leaders improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support critical systems both on Earth and in space.We are seeking a hands-on Quality Systems Manager to lead and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) at our Sparks, NV facility.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and maintain AS9100-compliant Quality Management SystemOversee quality inspection activities throughout production Manage corrective actions , internal audits, document control, change control, and training programs Serve as Lead Auditor for internal and external audits Partner cross-functionally with Operations and Engineering on investigations and continuous improvement initiatives Promote quality standards, customer requirements, and best practices throughout the facility Supervise and develop Quality team members Qualifications5+ years of quality systems experience in manufacturing or aerospace 2+ years in a leadership role Experience implementing and managing QMS programs Lead Auditor certification and AS9100/ISO9001 audit experience required Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus ERG offers: 5% 401(k) match, Health and Dental benefits, an innovative aerospace and advanced materials environment, and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge applications in aviation, energy, and space technologies.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
