This hands-on internship offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in IT operations, infrastructure setup, and user support within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.What You’ll DoAs an IT Intern, you’ll support our local and regional teams by assisting with:Setting up PCs and laptops for imaging and deploymentAssisting with user setup in ManageEngine and Active DirectoryCoordinating with subcontractors, low-voltage contractors, and electricians on IT-related projectsPerforming basic setup and configuration of networking equipmentProviding user support for Microsoft 365 Office Suite applicationsAssisting with Intune setup on iOS and Android devicesWhat We’re Looking ForCurrently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldStrong interest in IT infrastructure and user supportBasic understanding of networking and device managementFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 and mobile operating systems (iOS/Android)Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentWhy Waste Connections?We’re more than just a waste services company—we’re a place where you can grow, contribute, and make an impact.
