Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tax Specialist based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The Tax Specialist will be responsible for conducting tax planning and preparation for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. Additional responsibilities include analyzing clients’ financial records, researching tax law updates, and assisting in identifying opportunities for financial optimization while maintaining accurate documentation and reports. Qualifications Proficiency in Tax Planning and Tax PreparationStrong knowledge of Tax Law and complianceUnderstanding of Tax and Finance principlesExcellent analytical skills with attention to detailStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesProficiency with tax software and financial toolsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCertified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is a plusPrior experience in a tax or accounting role is preferred
