Director, Legal Operations (Hayward)

We are partnered with a high-growth AI company seeking a Director of Legal Operations to build and scale legal infrastructure across the organization. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, systems-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.What you'll do:Own legal operations, workflows, and contract management processesManage CLM systems, legal tooling, and document organizationSupport privacy, KYC, and compliance operations, including OneTrust administrationHandle day-to-day paralegal and operational legal work while helping scale systems for growthPartner closely with legal, finance, security, and business teamsWhat we're looking for:Significant legal ops experience in a startup or high-growth environmentDeep familiarity with CLM platforms, privacy/compliance tooling, and legal workflowsStrong operational judgment and ability to self-serve independentlyOrganized, proactive, and highly execution-oriented
