Key responsibilities may include:Loading and unloading raw materials from trucks, stacking materials in designated areas, transporting materials within the facility using forklifts or hand pallet jacks where applicable.Performing basic assembly tasks on Trim Lok products, including attaching components, applying adhesives, and using hand tools to secure parts.Inspecting finished products for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and reporting any issues to supervisors.Operating basic machinery such as cutting machines, banding machines, or other production equipment under supervision.Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping floors, removing debris, and wiping down machinery.Packaging finished products according to company specifications, labeling items accurately, and preparing them for shipment.Required Skills and Abilities:Ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.Ability to identify quality defects and maintain accuracy in tasks.Familiarity with hand tools and ability to learn operation of machinery.Ability to work effectively with other team members to meet production goals.Commitment to following safety procedures and wearing required personal protective equipment.
