With our ongoing growth, we are looking to have Robotic Welder Repair Technicians join our team. Immediate openings on our 2nd & 3rd shifts.
Robotic Welder Repair Technician Job Description:
Trouble-shooting and repair of automated and robotic production welding and assembly machines.
Perform regular preventive maintenance (PM) on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
Maintain and modify weld schedules for both resistance spot welding and MIG welding.
Read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints, as well as wiring schematics.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuits.
Weld fixture gauging.
Building maintenance as required.
Machining, welding, and fabricate as required.
Robotic Welder Repair Technician Requirements:
Must have a thorough working knowledge of machine maintenance practices and techniques for a Robotic Welder Repair Technician.
Must be highly motivated and dependable
Communicate efficiently and effectively within all facets of the company.
Experience with Fanuc robots, Fanuc Servogun software, or Motoman robots a plus.

Robotic Welder Repair Technician Wages:
Wages commensurate with experience
Shift Premium for Afternoon and Midnight shifts
Base Wage will be reviewed after 90 Days of employment
Overtime may be required
