Follows the Steps of Service and ensures a WOW experience for every guest every time. Visually checks IDs to determine Guest's legal age. Uphold state and local liquor laws. It does not serve anyone under the age of 21. Rings orders into point of sale system and communicate additional information to bartenders and cooks as needed. Ensures all food and drinks served to meet our standards of quality and freshness. Visually observes guests and responds to all non-verbal cues. Notifies the manager of any guest's complaints and interacts with guests in a professional manner. Follow all the steps accordingly. Clears cleans and performs table/bar maintenance throughout the shift. Follow all food safety and general sanitation policies. Refill beverages whenever necessary. Complete all opening, running, closing duties & side work. Continuously promotes teamwork. Performs various tasks delegated by management. It generates fun, and excitement through personality and a positive attitude to help ensure many return visits by guests. Excellent communication skills. Able to work the POS system efficiently to ring in orders, clock in and out and close out all transactions. Stands and/or walks during the entire shift. Ability to listen to Guests, respond verbally and interact with Team Members. Reading, writing, and math skills are required. Able to carry drinks and food orders to guest's table/bar on a tray.
