BUILDER Plainfield, Indiana | On-Site | Full-Time | Monday – Friday + Overtime as Required ABOUT THE ROLE We’re seeking an experienced Builder to join our field team working throughout Plainfield, Indianapolis, and nearby Central Indiana communities. If you enjoy building high-quality outdoor projects, working with your hands, and being part of a team that delivers exceptional results, this opportunity offers a rewarding career. You'll install custom outdoor living products such as patio covers, pergolas, motorized screens, and adjustable louvered roof systems for both residential and commercial customers. This permanent full-time position includes a vehicle allowance, along with opportunities to increase your earnings through crew leadership responsibilities and performance-based incentives. WHAT YOU’LL DO Install custom outdoor structures including patio enclosures, pergolas, louvered roofs, and retractable screens Read and work from drawings, measurements, and installation plans Load, transport, and organize tools and materials at job sites Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean, safe, and professional worksite Communicate with customers during installations and represent the company professionally Train and support crew as needed Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Proven construction, carpentry, or installation experience (3 to 5 years) Ability to read measurements and interpret drawings Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience leading or mentoring others is an asset Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs regularly Comfortable using ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions WHAT WE OFFER Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20-$25/hour based on skills experience + production bonuses + overtime Vehicle Allowance or Company Vehicle provided Medical, Life, and AD&D insurance (Suncoast pays 50% of premiums) Continuous training on Suncoast products and systems Full-time, long-term opportunity with a growing company A supportive and team-oriented work environment Learn more about our team, our products, and the projects we build at suncoastenclosures.com
