The role focuses on identifying and engaging Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), SaaS platforms, fintech companies, and enterprise merchants to build pipeline and support Payarc’s growth across embedded payments and direct merchant acquisition.This position will communicate Payarc’s value proposition, qualify prospective partners and merchants, and schedule meetings for senior sales leadership while maintaining disciplined activity tracking and pipeline development.Responsibilities & Duties (i.e. - core responsibilities / day to day activities / include % of travel, if required)Identify and prospect new ISV partners, SaaS platforms, fintech companies, and enterprise merchants across the United StatesExecute high-volume outbound activity including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified opportunitiesBuild and maintain a consistent pipeline of ISV and enterprise merchant opportunitiesEngage senior-level decision-makers including CEO, Founder, President, and Head of Product/PaymentsQualify prospects and schedule meetings for senior sales leadershipMaintain accurate and disciplined activity tracking in CRM (HubSpot) and calling platform (Aircall)Document all conversations, notes, and follow-up actionsFollow structured outreach strategies and established sales processesCollaborate with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and vertical focusWork cross-functionally with internal teams to support pipeline development and conversionOther duties as assignedSkills/Competencies (i.e. – communication, teamwork, customer service, problem solving, analytical, etc.)Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level executivesHighly disciplined with a strong focus on execution and activityAbility to manage a high-volume outbound environmentCoachable and responsive to feedbackStrong organizational skills and attention to detailResults-oriented with a focus on pipeline generationQualifications / Experience Required (i.e. – 5+ years software development, 3 years sales in a technology environment, etc.)1–3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or outbound prospectingExperience within payments, fintech, SaaS, ISV, or merchant services preferredDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targetsComfortable with high-volume outbound calling and prospectingFamiliarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools preferredEducation Requirements (include Certifications, Courses, Etc.)Bachelor’s degree preferredPhysical Requirements (i.e. – Lifting Requirements/lbs., Prolonged Sitting, Etc.)Prolonged sittingTravelPM22
