Personal Injury Case Manager Join Job Duck as a Personal Injury Case Manager supporting a fast-paced personal injury practice where your legal expertise and client-centered approach will make a meaningful impact. In this role, you will play a key part in guiding cases from intake through resolution, ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their legal journey. You will collaborate closely with legal teams, manage critical documentation, and proactively follow up on case progress while maintaining high attention to detail. If you are proactive, adaptable, and committed to excellence, you will thrive in this role.• Monthly Compensation Range: From 1,220 to 1,320 USDResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth case managementProvide general guidance to clients regarding next steps in their casesMonitor case timelines and ensure timely follow-upsSupport both pre-litigation and litigation processesAssist in identifying health insurance coverage detailsMaintain regular communication with insurance adjustersFollow up with clients regarding treatment progress and case updatesRequest medical records, bills, and police reportsAnswer phone calls and communicate with clients effectivelyDraft legal documents and case-related correspondenceRequirements:1-2 years of experience working as a case managerExperience with US personal injury law is a MUSTA bachelor's degree in Law is REQUIRED• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and SpanishStrong legal knowledge in personal injury processes• High level of attention to detail• Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills• Proactive and self-motivated work style• Strong organizational and time management skills• Ability to follow up consistently and ensure case progression• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes• Strong work ethic and commitment to case completion• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationshipsLocation and timezone: Remote, Eastern Standard Time (EST)• Working Hours: Monday to Friday • Expected call volume: Moderate (6-15 calls per day)• Software and Tools Required:- CRM: FileVine (REQUIRED)Work Shift:8:00 AM - 5:00 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)Languages:English, SpanishReady to dive in?
