Tooling Sales Specialist

Description We're looking for a driven Tooling Sales Specialist to support manufacturers across Ohio / Eastern PA territory. In this role, you'll help companies get the most out of their Amada machines by providing tooling and accessory solutions. You'll manage existing customer relationships, identify opportunities to win business from competitors, and provide expert application support for press brake and turret tooling.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMakes sales calls to established customers.Provides status reports and call reports to Manager.Keeps informed of product knowledge and pricing information.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.Develop new business and manage existing accounts within the territoryProvide tooling recommendations, quotes, and application support to manufacturersDeliver product presentations and demonstrations to decision makersWork closely with Amada service and machine sales teams to maximize customer valueMaintain strong product knowledge of sheet metal tooling solutionsNON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSPrepare special reports, as needed.Assist in miscellaneous duties within the departmentREPORTING RELATIONSHIPTooling Sales MangerSUBORDINATE STAFFNoneKNOWLEDGEExperience in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B sales (tooling, metalworking, capital equipment, or similar)Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes (press brakes, turrets, CNC machining, etc.) a plusStrong communication and customer-facing skillsProficient in Microsoft Office; able to create quotes and presentationsWillingness to travel regularly within the assigned territorySKILLSComputer knowledge (word processing and spreadsheets).Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software products (e.g. PowerPoint and Excel) for use in Sales Presentations.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), detailed-oriented.TRAVELFrequent travelTERRITORYTerritory includes: Ohio / Eastern PA territoryCandidate can be located in Dayton, Columbus, or Cleveland OH.PAY RANGEBase $46,080 annually plus commission.
