Role Description Regen AEC is seeking a full-time Project Engineer to join our team on-site in Boise, ID. In this role, you will oversee and manage engineering projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery. Key responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, creating detailed engineering designs, and ensuring adherence to project requirements. You will also ensure project compliance with environmental standards and contribute your expertise to meet the company’s sustainability goals. Qualifications Strong skills in Project Engineering, Project Management, and Project Planning to coordinate and execute project objectives effectivelySolid understanding of Wastewater Engineering to review and deliver technical designs and solutionsExcellent Communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholdersBachelor’s degree in Engineering Professional Engineering license Proficiency with relevant engineering and project management softwareKnowledge of sustainable practices and methodologies in regenerative design is a plusStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsPrevious experience in the construction or environmental engineering sectors is highly desirable
