Job DescriptionThe Chauffeur operates vehicles assigned with focus on the driving of VIP guests to their desired locations.ResponsibilitiesOperates limousine or other vehicles as necessary for the assigned trip day and/or nighttime hoursMaintains assigned vehicles, i.e. wash, vacuum, stock, etc.., to always keep the vehicle in top conditionRecommendation servicing the vehicle as necessaryPerforms messenger services for the property, as needed, giving priority to the VIP guestInitiates and completes proper forms and required reportsMakes overnight or extended trips as assignedProvides team support and other duties as deemed necessaryExemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and visionExemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culturePerform other job-related duties as assigned QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent Valid “B” or “C” (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement driver’s license6 months’ experience as a professional driver preferredOperates vehicles with a variety of controls and transmissions in a safe efficient mannerMaintains excellent guest serviceMust present a professional appearanceAbility to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the sameAdheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and proceduresAdditional RequirementsAble to lift up to 60 poundsAbility to sit for extended periods of timeMobility to move about the propertyAbility to push/pull luggage carts, load and unload cartsMust have excellent day and night distance visionAbility to memorize factsManual dexterity to include handling various keys, knobs, levers and buttonsAbility to respond to visual and verbal cuesGUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS: Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values, service standards, and family style service.PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
