We are committed to fostering a company culture with a growth mindset focused on daily wins, solid workflow, and giving 110% every day.Palisade Pest Control employees represent the promise and commitment to our customers of exceptional service, professionalism, and integrity.Responsibilities Being the face of our company by showing up each and every day to work hard and deliver exceptional results and service by providing a great first impressionBeing proactive by engaging with customers and simultaneously solving pest control problems with excellent attention to detail, thoroughness, and quality performanceCommunicate with Customer Service Representatives, Lead Technicians and Service Managers to foster a team atmosphere of mutual support, growth, and success.Complete the required documentation after each property visitRequired Qualifications High school diploma or GEDClean driving recordBe able to lift at least 50 lbs.Able to obtain pest control license by passing state licensing examExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBasic technology skills, including mobile technology, email, texting, iPadUnited States Citizen or authorized to work in the United StatesPass background check and drug screenWork Hours: Full-Time, M-F Compensation: Hourly + OT Benefits Package: Medical Dental, Vision, Company Vehicle, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off
