Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Role Description This is a part-time to full-time, on-site role in Keller, TX, for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Company owned and opperated by BCBA. The role involves assessing, developing, and implementing treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to support children in the clinic, home and community settings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting behavior assessments, analyzing data in Motivity, crafting individualized treatment strategies, training and guiding parents and staff, ongoing evaluations of program effectiveness, and ensuring positive behavioral outcomes for clients. Collaboration with other mental health professionals and caregivers is a key component of this role.Key Qualifications and Skills: - Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB is required. - Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. - Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies, including experience with assessment tools such as VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R. - Clinical Experience: Expertise in behavior management techniques and parent education/caregiver training. Experience working with children with disabilities, specifically Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), is preferred. - Analytical Skills: Strong data interpretation and organizational abilities. - Communication: Excellent collaboration skills for working with families and interdisciplinary teams.Additional Requirements: - Travel: Ability to travel to homes within a 10-12 mile radius. - Credentials: Texas Medicaid credentialing is highly preferred. Experience with commercial insurance credentialing is a plus.
