You'll be the one running the job, managing subs, working directly with clients, and making sure things get done right.If you like being stuck behind a desk or need constant direction, this won't be a fit.If you're someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and likes running your own jobs — you'll do well here.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple projects simultaneouslyOversee all on-site construction activities, including schedule, quality, and subcontractor coordinationServe as the primary point of contact for clients, leading weekly meetings and ongoing communicationProactively identify and resolve issues in the field with minimal oversightMaintain daily updates, logs, photos, and documentation in BuildertrendCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and job site activitiesTrack project schedules and communicate any changes with clients and internal leadershipManage change orders, punch lists, and final walkthroughsEnsure job sites maintain high standards for quality, safety, and organizationCollaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and internal teamsExperience & Technical Expertise3-5 years of experience in residential construction (Project Manager, Superintendent, or Builder role)Experience with custom homes, luxury residential, or high-end production buildingStrong understanding of:Structural framingMEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)Concrete and gradingAbility to read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction plansExperience managing schedules, subcontractors, and project coordinationFamiliarity with Buildertrend or similar construction management softwareProficiency in Excel, Word, and cloud-based toolsLeadership & MindsetStrong problem-solving ability and ability to think independently in the fieldHighly organized and able to manage multiple projects and prioritiesPolished, professional, and confident in client-facing interactionsProactive, accountable, and solutions-orientedHigh level of integrity and ownership
