Electrical Apprentice (Level 3–4) – Williston, ND Crossroad Energy Solutions is growing in the Bakken region and is looking for motivated Level 3–4 Electrical Apprentices to join our team in Williston, North Dakota. What You'll Do Perform electrical installations on upstream and midstream oil and gas facilities Support projects at compressor stations, wellsites, SWDs, CTBs, and production facilities Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems and equipment Work alongside experienced Journeyman Electricians while developing your technical skills Follow industry-leading safety and quality standards What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Registered North Dakota Electrical Apprentice (Level 3–4) 2–4 years of electrical experience Upstream oil and gas experience Valid driver's license with a clean 3-year driving record Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing and a background check Strong communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident Preferred Qualifications Instrumentation and automation experience Knowledge of control systems and VFDs/VSDs Current safety certifications Residence within 30–60 minutes of Williston, ND Compensation & Benefits $34–$44 per hour Annual profit-sharing program Health, dental, and vision coverage (50% employer-paid premium) 401(k) plan (administration paid by Crossroad) $450 annual safety allowance 10 days PTO annually Career advancement opportunities as the region continues to grow Required Safety Training Preference will be given to candidates with most of the following certifications: One Basin, One Way SafeLand First Aid/CPR H2S Clear Fall Arrest NFPA 70E (Arc Flash) Aerial Lift Expired certifications may be renewed with company support.
