Marketing Operations Specialist - Onsite | Denver, CO - Space Exploration & InnovationA pioneering aerospace company developing advanced lunar mobility and robotic systems is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced marketing team.This position will play a key role in keeping marketing initiatives organised and running smoothly, supporting campaigns, events, content management, logistics, and internal coordination activities across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate travel, accommodations, team off-sites, and marketing logisticsManage branded merchandise inventory, vendor coordination, and fulfilmentOrganise and maintain content libraries and brand assetsSupport marketing campaigns, launches, and content production activitiesTrack timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across teams and partnersAssist with tradeshow and event coordination, shipping, and budget trackingMaintain marketing systems, content calendars, dashboards, and documentationIdentify and implement process improvements to support operational efficiencyKey Requirements2–4 years’ experience within marketing operations, project coordination, or operations support rolesStrong organisational and project management capabilitiesExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience using collaboration and marketing tools such as Asana, Airtable, SharePoint, Outlook, or TeamsProactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to work independently within fast-paced environmentsExperience within startup, technology, aerospace, or B2B environmentsFamiliarity with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative SuitePlease apply now or get in touch with Chloe @ EVONA - c.jakeways@evona.comI look forward to hearing from you! ☺
