Mid Collection Manager (HUMINT Collection Manager)

Mid. Collection Manager (HUMINT Collection Manager)Security clearance required TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY. Job Requirements Desired experiences: 8 full-time years of experience in a strategic CI-HUMINT Collection Management role. 3 full-time years evaluating IIR's and providing critical thinking feedback to shape operations. 5 full-time years as an intelligence analyst in a Military Intelligence or IC role supporting CI, HUMINT, SR, or other sensitive/specialized intelligence activities. Knowledge of Intelligence Cycle, CI-HUMINT operations, and CI-HUMINT Collection Management. Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency. Must have knowledge and experience with ICD 203, 206, 300, 501, 704, and 707. Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities, as needed. Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a CI-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated on a pre-appointment and periodic basis. Desired education: Master's Degree DoD or IC Collection Management Certification. US Government all-source MOS or job producing analytical certification course or program. HT-JCOEIA Joint CI/HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course; or DIA Targeting Officer Course (Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC) or equivalent) or Intelligence Community (IC) equivalent.
