Team members are expected to uphold professional standards, work safely, and collaborate to complete moves and staging assignments on schedule.Role Description This is a part-time, on call, on-site Mover role based in Phoenix, AZ. The Mover is responsible for loading, unloading, wrapping and transporting furniture and staging items between warehouses, homes, and other properties. Daily tasks include carefully packing and protecting items, moving furniture within homes to meet staging plans, assembling and disassembling pieces as needed, and following instructions from lead stagers or supervisors. The role involves operating basic moving equipment, maintaining clean and organized work areas and vehicles, and adhering to safety procedures at all times. The Mover also interacts respectfully with clients and team members, supports efficient project timelines, and assists with inventory checks for staging materials.QualificationsAbility to perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving furniture and boxes safely over extended periods.Basic skills with hand tools and equipment used for assembling, disassembling, and protecting furniture and household items.Strong reliability, time management, and attention to detail when following staging plans and handling client property.Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with supervisors, stagers, and other movers.Commitment to safe work practices, including proper lifting techniques and adherence to company safety guidelines.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred for assisting with vehicle operation and item transport.Prior experience in moving, home staging, logistics, or related fields is beneficial but not required.Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, based on project needs.
