Technical Project Manager (TPM) – OnsiteLocation: Onsite (5 days/week)-Milpitas, CAEmployment Type: W2Rate: $85/hour on W2Ideal CandidateProven experience as a Technical Project Manager (TPM) supporting Data Engineering/Data Platform teams.Strong understanding of AI technologies and practical experience leveraging AI tools in daily project execution.Candidates with experience in the semiconductor industry are highly preferred.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional enterprise environment.Primary ResponsibilitiesServe as the Scrum Master for the engineering team.Drive sprint execution, team progress, and facilitate Agile ceremonies.Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.Create project status reports, dashboards, and maintain project documentation.Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.Follow up on action items and proactively remove project blockers.Technical ExpectationsSystem & Data LiteracyStrong understanding of:Data platforms and data engineering conceptsApplication architectureData warehousesCloud infrastructureHands-on software development experience is not required, but candidates should be technically fluent enough to communicate effectively with engineering teams.AI ProficiencyComfortable using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve efficiency.Able to leverage AI for:DocumentationCommunicationMeeting summariesProject planningGeneral productivity tasks
