Office Administrator
Primary FunctionsWe are currently seeking a reliable and innovative office administrator to become a member of our team. The candidate must be an effective communicator with excellent people skills who will perform administrative duties such as general office related work, data entry, and administrative support to team members and all departments as needed.The individual we hire will be a confident, dedicated candidate to perform the duties of this position in keeping with the high standards of the company. The successful candidate will be organized, a good learner and will demonstrate their ability to perform the duties of their job for the company. This person will communicate clearly and interact positively with field and office personnel and with our customers. They will step in and help when emergencies arise and take every care to provide our customers and internal office staff with the best possible support.Required QualificationsAssociates degree or Certificate TrainingMinimum 6 months related experienceMicrosoft Office Suite, Adobe Professional, Accounting databaseAbility to multi-task, prioritize and work efficientlyAbility to listen, communicate (written and verbal), excellent grammar, spelling and proof-reading skills and follow-up effectively with all staffing levels and clients/customersCustomer focusedAbility to work independently, self-starter, energeticAbility to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgmentAbility to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum directionDaily DutiesAssist in answering, screening, forwarding, taking messages and transferring calls for any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed on a three-line phone system.Receive and screen visitorsGeneral administration and clericalMaintain a safe and clean reception areaFilingData EntryAdministrative work for Construction and Sales Divisions as neededOther duties as assigned.Additional RequirementsProven work experience with multi-line phone systemsCustomer FocusedProfessional appearanceSolid communication skills both written and verbalAbility to use Windows 8 system or higherAbility to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may ariseAbility to be flexible, organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressureJ-18808-Ljbffr
