REMOTE FULL-TIME SENIOR ATTORNEY

This role offers the opportunity to lead, mentor, and practice family law at a high level in a supportive, values-driven environment. *Responsibilities* * Mentor associate attorneys in your office. * Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations while maintaining high standards of professionalism. * Follow established firm standard operating procedures. * Case strategy leadership. * Client relationship management. * Contribution to firm culture and process improvement. *Qualifications* * Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active admission to the Florida Bar. * Previous family law experience. * Excellent negotiation and mediation skills. * Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
