We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead roofing crews and oversee daily job site operations.Position SummaryThe Commercial Roofing Superintendent will be responsible for managing crew activities, ensuring adherence to safety practices, coordinating project timelines, and maintaining quality control. This is a key leadership position that requires strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, excellent communication, and operational planning skills.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all aspects of commercial roofing projects from start to finishSupervise multiple crews and subcontractors across various job sitesEnsure adherence to OSHA standards and roofing safety practices, including fall protectionCoordinate daily job site activities, material deliveries, and equipment needsTrack project timelines, budgets, and crew performanceCommunicate effectively with project managers, clients, and suppliersConduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanshipOperate or supervise the use of heavy equipment as neededMaintain accurate job records and reportingRequirementsMinimum 5 years of commercial roofing experienceAt least 3 years in a supervisory or superintendent roleStrong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including:TPO, PVC, EPDM (Single-ply)Built-Up Roofing (BUR)Roof Coating SystemsOSHA 10 or 30 certification preferredAbility to read blueprints, drawings, and specificationsExcellent communication and leadership skillsJolly BenefitsHealthcare Insurance - Eligible after 90 days (benefits packet provided at orientation)401(k) Plan - Company match up to $500 (for employees 21 and older)Paid Time Off (PTO) - Accrued up to 40 hours per yearLife Insurance - $15,000 policy, eligible after 90 daysWeekly Pay - Direct depositCompany Truck & Gas Card Company Phone Travel Per Diem (when applicable)ScheduleFull-TimeOvertime as neededTravel to various job sites is requiredCompany Culture And ValuesAt Jolly Roofing & Contracting, we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
