If you’re ready to step into a role where your skills will shine and every day brings a new challenge, we want to hear from you!RequirementsSecurity and Compliance:Facilitate identity and access management processesCoordinate incident response and vulnerability assessmentsEnsure compliance with security policies, procedures, and industry regulationsServer:Administer and optimize physical and virtual server environments, including container platformsEnsure system performance, high availability, and disaster recovery readinessNetwork:Administer and troubleshoot voice and data networksManage internet and network connectivity, domain services, and virtual private networks, etc.Storage:Oversee file and object storage solutions, including backup and archive systemsEnsure data integrity, security, and adherence to retention policiesSupport:Provide level 2 support for escalated hardware, software, and network issuesManage and support client devices (desktops, laptops, mobile)Support communication and collaboration toolsManage third party platforms and applicationsGeneral Responsibilities:Maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentationConduct research and provide recommendationsCoordinate external resources including vendors, consultants, and other agenciesLeadership:General management of technical staffParticipate in and lead meetingsConduct employee one on onesMonitor employee goal progressCareer path planningTechnical coachingConduct performance evaluationsExperience:10+ years of professional experience in a systems administrator or related roleDemonstrated communication skillsProven experience owning and leading projects and initiativesProven experience leading and mentoring a technical teamPreferred Qualifications:Bachelors or Associates degree in information systems or related fieldRelevant certifications (e.g. CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA, CISSP)Experience with Azure cloud hosted solutions
