Commission Based Business Development Manager
We are a dynamic medical billing company looking to expand our client base and are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate who can help bring in new business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including doctors, clinics, and practitioners, as well as medical billing companies.
Leverage existing connections in the healthcare industry to generate leads and secure new clients for the company's medical billing services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical field, focusing on partnerships with clinics, hospitals, and individual practitioners.
Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts with the company's overall objectives.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, specifically in bringing in medical billing business.
Strong network of connections with healthcare providers, doctors, clinics, and other medical professionals.
Understanding of the medical billing industry, including services, processes, and challenges faced by healthcare providers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results.
