Job Title: Business Analyst - Asset Management (Banking/Finance) Location: New York City, NY Type: Full time Salary: $120k-$130k/year + Benefits Job Description:We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in Asset Management within the Banking or Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to portfolio management, trading, and investment operations. Key Responsibilities: Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications Work with front-office, middle-office, and back-office teams Support asset classes such as equities, fixed income, and derivatives Analyze data flows, trade lifecycle, and portfolio performance Collaborate with IT teams for system enhancements and implementations Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met Required Skills: Experience in Asset/Wealth Management or Investment Banking Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle and financial instruments Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
