Food Services Supervisor
The Food Service Supervisor supports the overall operations of the Dietary Department. This role involves collaborating with the Food Service Manager to ensure efficient food service operations, including cost-effective purchasing, menu planning, and supervision of staff. Key responsibilities include overseeing meal preparation and service, ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety standards, assisting in budget planning, and managing inventory.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Two years experience in food service preferred
Prior supervisory experience preferred
ServSafe Certification or equivalent
