Java Angular JS Consultant (GC-EAD,GC,USC)

Overview In this role you will design and implement scalable, high-quality front-end features using AngularJS for our SPA projects. You will work within a cross-functional team to ensure performance, accessibility, and robust client-side logic that supports the company’s software solutions. You will shape the front-end architecture, build pipelines, and testing strategies to deliver reliable user experiences at scale. Your work enables fast, SEO-friendly interfaces in a global delivery environment, contributing to overall product quality and customer satisfaction. ResponsibilitiesDevelop self-contained, reusable AngularJS modules and componentsEnsure clear dependency chains for app logic and file structureImplement SEO-ready SPA solutionsOptimize performance to maintain frame rates above 30fpsUnderstand platform, API, caching, and web service interactionsValidate user actions with responsive feedback on the client sideWrite non-blocking code and apply advanced techniques as neededBuild infrastructure for serving front-end assets and app shellsArchitect and automate production build processes using task runners/scriptsDocument code with JSDoc or similar conventionsWrite extensive unit tests following TDD and create end-to-end test suites (e.g., Protractor)Create configuration, build, and test scripts for CI environmentsParticipate in project life cycle activities and design/architecture reviewsCollaborate in a diverse, stakeholder-rich team environmentCommunicate effectively and apply analytical thinkingContribute to a global delivery mindset Key requirements5+ years hands-on JavaScript/HTML5 experienceDeep AngularJS expertise and familiarity with common modulesExperience creating modular, reusable componentsStrong CSS and JS knowledge for performant visualsUnderstanding of front-end responsibilities across platform, API, caching, and proxiesExperience with XHR and potentially custom wrappers around $resourceProficiency in building front-end infrastructure and production deploysProven experience with CI, automation, and testing (unit and e2e)Good communication and analytical skillsExperience in a global delivery environmentBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of educationUS regulatory visa status compliance information as applicableGood communicationAnalytical thinkingTeam collaborationAngularJSHTML5JavaScript
