Job Summary We’re looking for friendly, early-rising servers and bartenders to join our hospitality team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand, creating memorable experiences for guests through excellent service and a welcoming attitude. Whether you’re pouring drinks at the bar or serving tables , your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure every guest leaves happy. The ideal candidate must have current experience in bartending and serving. We are an iconic establishment in Solana Beach. Please do not apply if you have had less than 2 years current serving experience. Responsibilities Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems Manage multiple tables or stations while prioritizing guest needs through effective time management. Multi-tasking, able to maintain your station, make bar drinks, run your food, and pay attention to guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, adhering to food safety and food handling standards. Bartending Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests. Ability to work independently within a team. Experience Previous experience in food service, must have a minimum of 2 years of current experience, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly preferred. Familiarity with the Toast system Experience working in breakfast, Casual Dining, Bartending, Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining excellent customer interactions.
