This role supports the commercial division only, with all projects being ground-up construction.Position ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the full preconstruction and estimating process for ground-up commercial projectsManage, mentor, and develop a team of 4–5 estimatorsReview conceptual, schematic, and construction documents to prepare accurate cost estimatesEstablish and manage estimating standards, procedures, and best practicesCollaborate closely with operations and leadership teams to ensure smooth transition from preconstruction to constructionEvaluate project risks, scopes, schedules, and cost driversParticipate in bid strategy, value engineering, and subcontractor selectionSupport leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and pipeline planningMinimum QualificationsSenior-level experience in estimating or preconstruction leadershipStrong background in ground-up commercial constructionPrior experience as a Director of Estimating, Chief Estimator, Senior Estimator, or similar roleProven ability to lead and mentor estimating teamsPreference for candidates with stable tenure and strong local reputationWhy JoinThis is an opportunity to step into a high-visibility leadership role with a respected Palm Beach County general contractor that has a strong pipeline heading into 2026.
