CENTRAL TITLE DIVISIONJob DescriptionAre you a Closer with a knack for customer service and a sales-focused mindset?Old Republic Title is seeking a Commercial Escrow Officer to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role—3 days in the office at our Minnetonka, MN location. In this role, you will manage the closing of commercial transactions—from single-site deals to complex multi-site and multi-state refinance and sale transactions—while providing top-tier service to our clients and internal partners. You’ll also handle accounting and escrow functions, support staff inquiries, and work closely under the guidance of a VP and Underwriting Counsel.Location & Schedule: Hybrid work with 3 days in-office at our Minnetonka, MN office.What You’ll DoClose commercial transactions, including preparing settlement statements, reviewing escrow instructions, adhering to local closing customs, initiating and approving wires, recording documents, and maintaining trial balances.Oversee and support escrow assistant(s) to ensure smooth operations.Collaborate with underwriting staff and Escrow Administrators on closing and post-closing functions.Coordinate local and national recordings and manage post-closing escrows.Handle transaction accounting, including payments to agents, local offices, and booking fees to NCTS.Prioritize and manage multiple site projects and portfolios while ensuring revenue targets are met.Serve as a professional, positive representative of ORT to clients and partners.Flexibility to work overtime as needed and approved by your supervisor.What We’re Looking For3–5 years of commercial closing experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a client-focused mindset.Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.Why ORT?At ORT, you’ll be part of a supportive team where your expertise is valued and your contributions make a real impact.
