Our dedicated team of educators works together to provide high-quality early childhood experiences grounded in care, curiosity, and creativity.Position Overview:We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and flexible AM Floater to join our team! As an AM Floater, you'll play a key support role during our busy morning hours, assisting in multiple classrooms as needed. You'll help set the tone for the day by greeting children with a smile, supporting transitions, and jumping in wherever an extra pair of hands is needed.Responsibilities:Assist lead teachers and support staff in various classrooms (ages infant to preschool)Help with morning transitions, breakfast/snack, diapering/toileting, and morning activitiesProvide supervision and engage children in developmentally appropriate playMaintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environmentFollow daily schedules and routines set by the classroom teacherStep in for staff breaks or short absences as neededBuild positive relationships with children, families, and staffQualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredExperience working with young children in a childcare or preschool setting preferredFlexibility, reliability, and a team-player attitude are a must!Must meet all state licensing requirements, including background checks and health requirementsCPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Why Join Little Duckling?Supportive and fun team environmentOngoing professional development opportunitiesMeaningful work with amazing children and familiesOpportunity for growth within the center
