EDI Application Integrator RoleJoin a team supporting a high-volume EDI environment within a legacy ERP ecosystem. You'll bring deep expertise in Application Integrator to a role focused on developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting EDI integrations, while playing a key part in onboarding new customers and suppliers to the platform.Develop, configure, and maintain EDI maps using Application Integrator WorkbenchConfigure trading partner connectivity and communications using Application Integrator Trade GuideSupport and troubleshoot production EDI transactions, providing Tier 2 support for complex issuesAnalyze and resolve EDI mapping, connectivity, and transaction failuresAssist with onboarding new customers and suppliers to the EDI platform, while collaborating with business and technical teams on requirementsProven experience developing and supporting EDI solutions using the Application Integrator EDI ServerHands-on expertise with Workbench and Trade GuideStrong understanding of EDI mapping, trading partner setup, and production supportExperience troubleshooting complex EDI issues in a production environmentStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentThis is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical EDI function supporting high-volume transaction processing.
