Management Analyst

Management AnalystMantech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Management Analyst to join our team in Patuxent River, MD. This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Analyze cyber program requirements, status, budget, and schedules Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams Track program/project status and schedules Development of project level cyber processes, standards, and procedures Development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project cyber technical requirements and performance Travel up to 25% within the continental United States in support of customer needs Minimum qualifications: High School diploma or GED 1+ years of experience performing work related to cyber-related efforts Preferred qualifications: 1+ years of experience supporting NAVAIR programs or related organizations Familiarity with the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) organization and operations Experience with collaborating across various aviation organizations Clearance requirements: Must be a US Citizen and have a current and active Secret clearance Physical requirements: The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
